PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the security deterioration of an information system, and to prevent the development of deterioration. SOLUTION: Deviation from a reference set value of a current set value of each item 23 about security of an information system 2 is detected every prescribed cycle; moreover, an amount of increase in the direction in which a difference from a difference in the period immediately prior to a period when each difference calculated every prescribed cycle increases is calculated as an inclination.
