PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-counterfeit medium and a transfer foil, in which authenticity is easily visually judged by simultaneously reproducing a reproduction object image that does not change regardless of the position of a light source and by reproducing a three-dimensional image that changes depending on the position of the light source, with the positional relation between the reproduction object image by a hologram and a reproduction light source taken into consideration, and thereby, counterfeit, altercation or falsification is made substantially difficult to do. SOLUTION: The transfer foil includes a hologram or a diffraction structure (both are called as the hologram hereinafter) layer and is characterized in that a reproduction object image and a three-dimensional image corresponding to the positional relation between the irradiation direction of reproduction light and the hologram layer can be simultaneously reproduced, and that only the three-dimensional image changes responding to changes in the irradiation direction of the reproduction light.
