<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide fluorophor whose light-emitting wavelength exits in a narrow range, and which emits light in high brightness and can easily be produced without forming pellets. <P>SOLUTION: This oxide fluorophor is characterized by comprising at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of La, Gd, Lu, Y and Sc, at least one group 2 element selected from the group 2 metals, and at least one group 4 element selected from the group 4 metals, being activated with at least Eu, and having a perovskite type crystal phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
