FUNCTIONAL FILM AND DISPLAY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film in which hard coat characteristic, antireflection characteristic and antidazzle characteristic are simultaneously obtained by a single coating.

SOLUTION: The functional film is manufactured by: a coating step in which a coating liquid including a resin binder composed of a plurality of resins which can be separated in phase, a curable resin and a hollow silica particles is applied; a drying step in which the coated wet film formed in the previous step is dried; and a curing step in which the coated film dried in the previous step is cured. By this method, a functional film having the hard coat characteristic, the antireflection characteristic and the antidazzle characteristic is formed on the base film by a single coating step.
