摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shift feeling by reducing shift operation force of a gear transmission. SOLUTION: Both ends of a plurality of fork shafts 12 disposed in parallel with each other are liquid-tightly and slidably fitted in cylinder holes 11 formed opposing a transmission case 10, and operating oil is supplied from an oil pump 35 to pressure chambers 30a, 30b formed between the both ends of the fork shafts 12 and the transmission case 10. Oil passages 31a, 31b communicating with the pressure chambers, respectively, are formed in the axial direction in the fork shafts 12, and a shift head 15 having a groove part 15a formed on its outer peripheral face orthogonal to the axial direction is movably fitted between two snap positions apart by a fixed distance. Inner ends of each of the oil passages 31a, 31b are opened to the outer peripheral face of the fork shafts 12 and are controlled to open and close by a control passage 33 provided to the shift head 15.
