PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information that a user requests more speedily by changing display of a list of retrieval results according to the selection result of a user. SOLUTION: Retrieval from a database is performed on the basis of a retrieval condition, a retrieval result is stored in a retrieval result storage means, and retrieval results are listed and displayed on a user terminal; and the user is made to select one retrieval result, corresponding first retrieval information is read out of a retrieval storage means on the basis of the retrieval result selected by the user to be displayed on the user terminal, and on the basis of the degree of satisfaction of the first retrieval information input from the user terminal, information to be displayed on the user terminal is changed and displayed as second retrieval information on the user terminal again.
