PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor probe capable of measuring stably, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This temperature sensor probe is equipped with a fluorescent material 21 formed by mixing a phosphor with a transparent material, a heat sensitive part 24 having a recessed part 22a wherein the fluorescent material 21 is disposed, a waveguide rod 23 for propagating excitation light irradiated to the fluorescent material and fluorescence generated from the fluorescent material, and a protection tube 22 for covering the side face of the waveguide rod 23. The fluorescent material 21 is fixed to the tip of the waveguide rod 23 by the transparent material, and the waveguide rod 23 is thrusted into the fluorescent material 21.
