PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver and an angle detector to attain highly precise detection accuracy with remarkably reduced fluctuation of winding conductance without decreasing magnetic flux efficiency of a magnetic core. SOLUTION: The revolver comprises a plurality of winding magnetic cores, a stator having a plurality of winding members provided respectively to wind around each winding magnetic core, and a rotor rotatably disposed to the stator, in which at least one of the plurality of winding members is a sheet coil where a conductor is formed in spiral on a sheet and at least a part of the conductor-forming surface of the sheet or its back surface and the side surface of the winding magnetic core are disposed to face each other.
