PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage and lock a moved seat body to a fixed element such as a floor on a moving destination by pressing force in a gravity direction. SOLUTION: The seat body 1 can be moved between a use position on a floor F and a retracting position lowered in a stepped shape by a four-bar link mechanism constituted by coupling front links 6 and rear links 7. The seat body 1 is positioned and fixed by pressing and engaging a front lock device 4 provided under a seat cushion 3 with a striker S1, at the use position on the floor F. At a coupling portion between the seat cushion 3 and the front link 6, a posture adjusting mechanism is provided, which raises a posture position to the four-bar link mechanism of the seat body 1 and turns an abutting direction of the engagement of the front lock device 4 to the striker S1 to the gravity direction.
