PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shock absorbing performance with respect to an input from a road surface, in a suspension device with lower links connected to a member on the side of a vehicle body through a torsion bar. SOLUTION: The ends on the side of the vehicle body of the lower links 3, 4 are connected to the member 6 on the side of the vehicle body through the torsion bar 40. Front and rear swing portions 15, 16 having lower stiffness in a vehicle longitudinal direction when viewed from above rather than a vertical direction are provided between ends on the side of the vehicle body of the lower links 3, 4 and the torsion bar 40.
