摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly perform setting of raw lumber as a pre-process of lamination/adhesion, by quickly performing a series of operations for the purpose of preventing materials from being damaged and deformed since the materials are raw lumber, and also by dealing with diversification of the type of floor plates and decorative plates, in manufacturing flitches for making dressing veneers for the floor plates or decorative plates through lamination/adhesion of the raw lumber. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the flitches for making dressing veneers for floor plates or decorative plates, an articulated robot 1 is used in the process of setting raw lumber, in a prescribed order, as the pre-process of lamination/adhesion, so that the raw lumber 2 is set accurately and quickly in a setting site 3 of the flitches in accordance with the prescribed order. In addition, this articulated robot is provided with a function of smoothly separating pieces of raw lumber when they are closely stuck to each other, and with a function of instantly measuring the size of each piece of raw lumber by a laser beam or the like and confirming/sorting it within a prescribed values, so that the setting operation of the raw lumber can be accurately and quickly carried out.
