PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical method allowing a user to immediately seal as necessary, only by carrying a stamp ink pad. SOLUTION: The stamp ink pad comprises: a bottom container 1 where a stamp ink pad body 2 is stored; and a cover container 3 covering the bottom container. At least one of a letter and a pattern is engraved in a part of the stamp ink pad l so as to be used as a block copy 32. A flexible stamp material is depressed on the block copy so as to manufacture the stamping surface for sealing. When using a finger tip as the flexible stamp material, it is unnecessary to prepare even a stamp material, the user's own finger tip is usable as the stamping surface, then, the ink is instantaneously stuck to the finger tip, then, the user can put his/her seal on an object.
