PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent negligence of daily measurement of biological information in relation to a biological information measuring instrument. SOLUTION: A measuring means 10 which measures the biological information, a timing means 11 which measures an elapsed time from the last measurement of the biological information, and a controlling means 15 which allows information by activating an informing means 14 when the elapsed time measured by the timing means exceeds a previously set time, are provided.
