A method, system and device for performing a storing process and inquiring on sessions history records, wherein the method for performing the storing process on sessions history records includes the steps of: receiving a request message from a first server at the user side; determining whether the request message includes a storage indication; if the request message includes the storage indication, determining whether the session history record to be stored should be stored based on a storing strategy. Through unifiably managing the storage of the sessions history record, the embodiments of the present invention make it possible that one sessions history record would be stored only in a corresponding storage device at the second server side, so that the disadvantages of the waste of network storage space and the redundant of storage information due to the storage of the sessions history records in each of the network storage devices at the first server side in the prior art is avoided.
