An RFID tag unique code control method in a mobile RFID terminal platform for managing an intrinsic codes about RFID tags through an intrinsic code management server is provided to maximize the security and convenience of the RFID tags by collectively registering the intrinsic codes to the intrinsic code management server. One or more native codes corresponding to each RFID tag is from an RFID tag. An RFID tag identifier and one or more intrinsic code are matched with each other about RFID tag. The intrinsic code table is generated through correspondence. The native code table is registered in an external server. An authentication code is issued from the outer server. If the execution of a first RFID tag(111) is inputted from the user, the first native code corresponding to the first RFID tag is requested to the outer server.
