A cap assembly for a resistance pressure container and a resistance pressure container including the same is provided to improve safety by supporting high gas pressure inside a cylinder through a screw thread. A cap assembly for a resistance pressure container comprises a screw thread, an inner cap(10) and an outer cap(20). The cap assembly for a resistance pressure container is joined to an opening of a cylinder of the resistance pressure container for keeping the fluid. The inner cap comprises a through hole and a screw thread. The through hole is formed at the center of the inner cap and the screw thread is formed at the inner side of the inner cap. The outer cap comprises the through hole. The through hole is formed at the center of the outer cap. The outer cap is coupled outside the inner cap and rotates with the inner cap.
