A service supporting method of distribution streaming of a portable device and a system thereof are provided to optimize the buffering when transmitting and receiving data by receiving data based on variable adjustment of a buffer size according to the remaining capacity of a memory in a portable terminal. A radio frequency unit(110) performs the transmission and reception of a communication call according to the control from a control unit(170), and forms a communication channel with a streaming server. An input unit(120) includes plural input keys and functional keys. When a master intends to reproduce the sub contents transmitted from the streaming server, an audio processor(130) outputs an audio signal included in the sub contents. A display unit(140) provides a screen interface related to various screens, and a memory(160) stores various application program.
