<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel container capable of suppressing problems caused by heating of an electrode, such as vaporization of moisture, crossover of alcohol, having simple structure; and to provide a fuel cell equipped with this. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel container includes: a metallic case; an outer packaging member arranged on the inside of the metallic case and housing alcohol fuel; and a fuel supply pipe communicating with the outer packaging member. The heat conductivity of the metallic material constituting the metallic case is ≥10 Wm<SP>-1</SP>K<SP>-1</SP>, and the outer packaging member has an outermost layer made of heat resistant resin and the innermost layer made of thermal adhesive resin having low alcohol affinity. The fuel cell includes the fuel container. The area coming in contact with a power generation element out of the surface area of the fuel container is smaller than that not coming in contact with the power generation element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
