<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the distribution of fluid flow in a fluid channel formed by a separator in which the front face has surface roughness opposite to that of the back face. <P>SOLUTION: In at least one flow distribution unit 35 in the separator 15, a plurality of first projections 46 formed in a region opposite to a first region where the flow of a first fluid (refrigerant) relatively increases in the central part (divided regions 32a to 32c) are formed with a cross-sectional diameter larger than that of a plurality of projections 46 formed in a region opposite to a second region (divided region 32b) where the flow of the first flow relatively decreases in the central part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
