<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply pipe renewing technique for greatly reducing mandays required to rejoin a gas supply pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The renewing technique comprises a step of connecting a new gas supply pipe (a second supply pipe) 2 to a combination joint 3 which is mounted on the way of an existing gas supply pipe (a first supply pipe) 1 and has a bag insertion hole 30 in the skewing direction of the gas supply pipe, a step of forming a hole in the existing gas supply pipe 1 inside the combination joint 30, a step of inserting a first flow path interrupting bag 4a from the bag insertion hole 30 into a first predetermined position inside the existing gas supply pipe 1, a step of inserting a second flow path interrupting bag 4b from the bag insertion hole 30 into a second predetermined position nearer the combination joint 3 than the first predetermined position, a step of cutting the gas supply pipe 1 between the first predetermined position and the second predetermined position, and a step of collecting the first flow path interrupting bag 4a and the second flow path interrupting bag 4b from the gas supply pipe 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
