<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag configured so as to be easily attached/detached to/from a sheet-shaped object such as a document holder, and configured so as to be easily read/written by a reader/writer. <P>SOLUTION: A flat substrate (2), a side wall 3 erected from the left end section of the substrate (2), and a clip (4) provide to the substrate (2) are integrally formed by synthetic resin. A notch (31) is formed on the side wall (3), and an IC chip (5) is embedded in the notch so that the IC chip (5) can be integrally formed with the side wall (3).
