<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of minute pressure (pen pressure) and improvement in the pressure detection sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A dielectric 16 is provided with a first surface 26 and a second surface 27 that counter each other, and a hole 28 through which a conductive pin 17 with a pin head 31 is inserted and a concave portion 29, to which the pin head 31 is inserted are formed. A conductive elastic member 19 is arranged facing the concave portion 29 of the dielectric 16 and the pin head 31 of the conductive pin 17. Furthermore, in this conductive elastic member 19, a protruberance 38 is formed at a position which faces the pin head 31 of the conductive pin 17.
