PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user data management system capable of associating a telephone number with a mail address for each user with less user burden, an information providing system and a user data managing method. SOLUTION: An IVR (interactive voice response) system 100 includes: a mail transmitting part 540 for managing user information of a terminal having a mail address and a telephone number, issuing a temporary password from the mail address to received mail and making a reply by e-mail; a voice recognizing part 560 for receiving telephone speech from the telephone number and recognizing the transmitted temporary password; and a user data storing part 510 for associating the mail address corresponding to the recognized temporary password with the telephone number to store them.
