PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce traffic which is generated due to the useless communication of a client terminal which receives the provision of a program from a program provision server. SOLUTION: This management program is provided to make a computer perform a retrieval step of retrieving the identifier of a matched program from provision program data 131 including records associating the identifiers of programs to be provided by program provision servers 20a to 20c and the storage positions of the programs and request data 132 including records associating the identifier of a client terminal and the identifier of the program whose provision is requested by the client terminal; and a transmission step of, when the identifier of the matched program is retrieved, transmitting data including the storage position associated with the identifier of the program matched in the provision program data to the client terminals 30a to 30c of the identifiers associated with the identifiers of the program matched in the request data.
