PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent a Pachinko ball from being caught without increasing loads on a control circuit even if the setting posture is different. SOLUTION: A first ball entrance part 45 is defined above a first rotary apportioning body 34 by a first definition member 38 and a second definition member 39. The outer surface of the first rotary apportioning body 34 constitutes the lower surface of the first ball entrance part 45. A plurality of recesses 34a are formed on the outer surface of the first rotary apportioning body 34, so that the Pachinko ball B fed out to the first ball entrance part 45 can be received in a recess 34a to be rotationally guided. A first leaf spring 48 is disposed in a third definition member 40 located on the outer peripheral side of the first rotary apportioning body 34. Whe the Pachinko ball B is caught between the side edge of the recess 34a of the first rotary apportioning body 34 in the direction of rotation and the first leaf spring 48, the first leaf spring 48 is resiliently deformed in the direction of separating from the first rotary apportioning body 34, so that the Pachinko ball can be prevented from being caught.
