PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical interference tomographic image diagnosis device enabling a user to recognize whether the state of an optical path is normal or not. SOLUTION: This optical interference tomographic image diagnosis device for forming a tomographic image based on interference light acquired by allowing a measuring light to interfere with reference light is equipped with a means 408 for acquiring standard light 503 by splitting furthermore light outputted from a light source; an optical path 436 for transmitting the standard light 503, wherein an optical path length until the standard light 503 interferes with the reference light 507 is approximately equal to an optical path length until the reference light 507 interferes with reflected light 506; and a means for calculating a change with time of interference light data acquired by allowing the standard light 506 to interfere with the reference light 508.
