摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an air-fuel ratio sensor capable of promptly performing the feedback control of a fuel injection quantity of an internal combustion engine by progressing the activation of a first air-fuel sensor more than a second air-fuel sensor. SOLUTION: The control device comprises the air-fuel ratio sensors 34, 35 provided upstream and downstream of a catalyst converter 33 for detecting concentrations of specific components in exhaust gas, heaters 36, 37 heating the air-fuel ratio sensors 34, 35, power supply sources 3, 4 supplying electric power to the heaters 36, 37, a heater control means 2 for controlling electric power supply from the power supply sources 3, 4 to the heaters 36, 37 and an activation determination means 2 for determining whether or not the air-fuel ratio sensors 34, 35 are activated, wherein the heat control means 2 performs control so that electric power is supplied to the heater 36 and not to the heater 37 and when the air-fuel ratio sensor 34 is determined to be activated by the activation determination means 2, electric power is supplied to the heater 37.
