PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely start a gas turbine by preventing torque reduction in a starter, when starting the gas turbine having separately the starter and a battery exclusive to starting. SOLUTION: This control device for a DC motor is used as the starter for starting the gas turbine, and uses the battery as a power source, and controls a motor current in PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) so that the motor current flowing to the DC motor from the battery coincides with a predetermined current target value.
