PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a dispersion hardly hydrolyzable even under an alkaline condition, when preparing the dispersion of an inorganic filler particle, and having stability along with the lapse of days and redispersability, when manufacturing and storing a paper making filler dispersion or a coating pigment dispersion, and to develop a papermaking method capable of enhancing paper quality such as a whiteness. SOLUTION: This aqueous dispersion includes a water-soluble polymer manufactured by acid-neutralizing and heat-treating a copolymer of a (meth)acrylamide and a (meth)acrylonitrile after Hoffmann reaction, and an inorganic micro fine particle. The paper quality such as the whiteness is enhanced by adding the aqueous dispersion to a paper making material before papermaking, and subjecting them to papermaking. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
