PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component-curing fluorine-containing vinyl copolymer composition which can form a film with weatherability as high as those of conventional two-component-curing strong solvent type paint compositions, which is low in underlayer erosiveness as an organic solvent, and which contains a weak solvent of low environmental load as its main component. SOLUTION: The two-component-curing fluorine-containing vinyl copolymer composition contains: (A) a fluorine-containing vinyl copolymer which is derived from a monomer containing (a1) a fluoroolefin, (a2) a vinyl ether monomer with a 12-18C alkyl group and/or a vinyl ester monomer with a 12-18C alkyl group, and (a3) a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer and which has a hydroxyl group value per solid content of 25 to 100 (mgKOH/g); (B) an organic solvent whose content of a solvent corresponding to industrial gasoline No.4 defined in JIS K2201 is 80 wt.% or more; and (C) a curing agent which reacts with a hydroxyl group.
