A connection apparatus for a power cable is provided to prevent disconnection or short-circuit of a power cable by uniformly maintaining tension of the power cable. A first connection unit(10) and a second connection unit(20) are fixed to an electric pole. The second connection unit is connected to the first connection unit. An interval control part(30) controls an interval between the first connection unit and the second connection unit. A light arm(40) includes a first section steel(51), a second section steel(61), and a coupling member. The first section steel has U shape. The first section steel is coupled in an outer circumference of the first connection unit. A plurality of first insulator installation holes and a plurality of first coupling holes are formed in the first section steel. The second section steel is slidably coupled according to an inner circumference or an outer circumference of the first section steel. A plurality of second insulator installation holes and a plurality of second coupling holes are formed in the second section steel. The coupling member couples the first section steel with the second section steel. |
