A floating pier using a deck is provided to have the high intensity and high durability. A floating pier using a deck comprises: a bottom plate(100) consisting of a snap-fit assembly type hollow section fiber reinforced composite deck by assembling to the longitudinal direction of the floating pier; one or more floating bodies installed at a lower part of the bottom plate; and a guide shaft(300) guiding the elevation of the bottom plate, settled on the multiple point along the length of the bottom plate to be adjacent to both sides of the bottom plate. The bottom plate comprises a unit bottom plate element by connecting the snap-fit assembly type hollow section fiber reinforced composite deck to the longitudinal direction of the floating pier.
