CONCRETE COMPOSITION FOR PAVEMENT OF BRIDGE

A concrete composition for bridge-deck pavement is provided to show excellent crack resistance, adhesion performance and durability and to enable an operator to repair even wide areas of bridge-deck pavement. A concrete composition for bridge-deck pavement comprises: 400~550 kg/m^3 of rapid hardening Portland cement; 500~900 kg/m^3 of sand; 700~1000 kg/m^3 of gravel; 1~6wt% of rapid hardening agent; silica fume; and hydrophilic PVA fiber. The rapid hardening agent represents calcium nitrate. The content of silica fume is 3~15wt%. The content of the hydrophilic PVA fiber is 0.05~2vol% on a total weight basis of the concrete composition. The concrete composition additionally contains a water reducing agent. The content of the water reducing agent is 1~8wt%.
