A pinch valve is provided to replace an elastic tube by fixing the elastic tube on a flange through a pair of end plates and only separating a pinch bar installed at the upper parts of the end plate and the elastic tube. A pinch valve comprises an elastic tube(10), a pair of end plates(20,25), a pair of connecting bars(31,33), a pair of pinch bars(35,37), a cylinder(40) and a guide part. A through-hole is formed on the elastic tube. A pair of end plates are coupled to the flange. A pair of end plates are separated to the both sides. A pair of connecting bars join a pair of end plates. A pair of pinch bars are installed at the upper and lower sides of the elastic tube. The cylinder comprises a loader reciprocating vertically. The guide part guides the movement of the pinch bar connected to loader.
