PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly playback content data by efficiently performing cache processing in a playback device for acquiring content data from the outside and playing back the content data.

SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal device 20 includes: a cache object selecting part 206 for selecting content data recorded in an external recording part 36 connected through a communication network 5 on the basis of prescribed reference; an erasure object selecting part 204 for selecting content data to be erased from content data recorded in an internal recording part 130 in order to secure spare capacity that can record content data selected as the cache object in the internal recording part 130; a file inputting and outputting part 220 for erasing the content data selected as the erasure object from the internal recording part 130; and a file inputting and outputting part 220 for acquiring the content data selected as the cache object from the external recording part 36 and recording the content data in the internal recording part 130.
