<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage type water heater, quickly stabilizing a hot water supply temperature to a temperature desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water storage type water heater includes: a heat source unit 21 for boiling up hot water in a hot water storage tank 1 storing hot water; an inflow water temperature detecting means 17 for detecting the temperature of hot water flowing from the inside of the hot water storage tank 1 to the heat source unit 21; a plurality of residual hot water quantity detecting means 16a-16d provided in the vertical direction of the hot water storage tank 1 to detect the residual quantity of hot water in the hot water storage tank 1; a water supply pipe 10 provided on the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1; and a mixing valve 13 for mixing high temperature water supplied from a hot water delivery pipe 9 provided on the upper part of the hot water storage tank 1 with water supplied branching from the water supply pipe 10. The temperature detected by the residual hot water quantity detecting means 16d at the lowermost part is compared with the temperature detected by the inflow water temperature detecting means 17, and the lower temperature is determined as a hot water supply temperature control temperature, whereby hot water supply operation quickly stabilized to a hot water supply temperature desired by the user can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
