<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a rotary encoder for responding magnetic pole detection of a motor of any number of poles. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic pole detection slit plate 21 is constituted by a component separate from a rotating disk 2, and a transparent section 24 for attaching the magnetic pole detection slit plate 21 is formed in the rotating disk 2. A U-phase slit 21U, a V-phase slit 21V, and a W-phase slit 21W are formed in the magnetic pole detection slit plate 21 at track positions on different radii from the center of rotation O of the magnetic pole detection slit plate 21, and transparent sections and non-transparent sections corresponding to the number of poles of the motor are alternately formed circumferentially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
