<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric toothbrush capable of inhibiting the loss of vibration energy and inhibiting vibration in a part gripped by a user while having a stable waterproofing property. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration transmission part 30 is positioned relative to a casing 10 by the point contact or line contact with the inner wall surface of the casing 10 at a plurality of positions. The vibration transmission part 30 comprises a vibration transmission part body 31 made of a hard material; a second elastic member 32 integrally fixed to the outer peripheral side of the vibration transmission part body 31 and having a plurality of contact parts in point-contact or line-contact; and a third elastic member 33 fitted into the outer surface of the vibration transmission part body 31 to be disposed in an annular gap between the opening end edge of an opening in the casing 10 and the vibration transmission part body 31 and to form a gap between the third elastic member in the natural state and the opening end edge.
