PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-reactor which is capable of efficiently performing the mixing or reaction with compact constitution. SOLUTION: The micro-reactor consists of: a body of a mixer having a plurality of the mixing blocks connected with the phase difference of a degree of 90 on the same axis, which mixing block has a first minute passage to impart the clockwise revolution to a fluid and a second minute passage to impart the anticlockwise revolution to the fluid at the opposite positions in a degree of 180 to the central axis of the cylindrical body, includes these two minute passages and has a cylindrical or conical space of a splitting part to split the fluid into the two minute passages or a confluence part to join the fluids therefrom at both end; an end nut which is connected with the terminal part of the body of the mixer and which forms discharge apertures to discharge the fluid that the mixing and/or reaction has progressed; and a supply block having the inflow channel of the fluid with the phase difference of a degree of 90 to the two minute passages at the inflow side of the body of the mixer formed.
