PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent film/sheet excellent in transparency, low whitening characteristics, and die punching workability. SOLUTION: The transparent film/sheet is formed of a copolymer prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture consisting of 5-40 wt.% of butyl (meth)acrylate and/or butadiene and 95-60 wt.% of at least one kind of monomer selected among acrylonitrile, styrene, α-methyl styrene, phenyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, maleimide, N-phenylmaleimide, and N-cyclohexyl maleimide.
