PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat vibration motor wherein reflow soldering can be carried out for a printed wiring board on the side of an apparatus in automatic mounting. SOLUTION: The flat vibration motor comprises a stator board 11 having a shaft 13 and mounting a flexible substrate 30 for power supply, and a rotor 20 having an eccentric weight 24 and supported rotatably for the shaft 13. The flexible substrate 30 has a substrate portion 31, on the side of a lower surface superimposed on the lower surface of the stator board 11 about the shaft 13 as a center, a substrate portion 32 on the side of an upper surface superimposed on the upper surface of the stator board 11, and a narrow coupling portion 33 for coupling the substrate portion 31 on the side of a lower surface and the substrate portion 32 on the side of an upper surface, while bending integrally at a notch 11b in the outer circumference of the stator board 11. The substrate portion 31 on the side of a lower surface has a circular center pattern 31a for bonding a power supply, and an annular outer circumferential pattern 31b for bonding power supply which surrounds the center pattern 31a for concentrically bonding power supply, excluding the side of the narrow coupling portion 33.
