摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center apparatus capable of easily performing the work of registering the linking information of an operator telephone terminal and an operator information terminal corresponding to the operator telephone terminal. SOLUTION: The call center apparatus comprises the operator telephone terminals, the operator information terminals corresponding to the operator telephone terminals, and a server for receiving an incoming call from an outside line, relaying it to the operator telephone terminal and transmitting the information of the incoming call to the operator information terminal corresponding to the operator telephone terminal to which the incoming call is relayed. The operator telephone terminal transmits to the server terminal information including telephone terminal identification information indicating itself and information terminal identification information indicating the operator information terminal corresponding to itself. When receiving the terminal information, the server registers the operator information terminal indicated by the information terminal identification information included in the terminal information as the operator information terminal corresponding to the operator telephone terminal which has transmitted the received terminal information.
