PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of preventing short-circuit caused by respective conductor patterns by preventing a plane interval between respective conductor patterns from being narrowed. SOLUTION: The circuit board 14 has a first oblong slit 17 and conductive leads 12 in the vicinity of a mounted semiconductor element 13. Each conductive lead 12 has an inclined part 12o extended almost straight from an inclined part start point 12b, which is the vicinity of a conductive connection portion with an electrode of the semiconductor element 13, up to an inclined part end point 12c which is a position exceeding the first oblong slit 17 and inclined from an orthogonal line R orthogonal to the longitudinal direction N of the first oblong slit 17, and the conductive lead 12 portion striding over the first oblong slit 17 constitutes an inclined conductive lead part 12e on the oblong slit as the inclined part 12o.
