PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a short circuit between electrodes as much as possible, to form a high-precision electrode by a simple method, and to downsize the whole of a device. SOLUTION: In the slip ring 31, a plurality of different electric signals are transmitted/received between a fixed body and a rotating body rotatably supported to the fixed body. The slip ring 31 includes an insulating substrate 32 having a plurality of groove parts 37 formed side by side in a concentric form at predetermined intervals. At least in part of the inside surface of each groove part 37, an electrode 33 to which a brush slidably contacts is formed to position on an inner side relative to the surface of the insulating substrate 32.
