PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high luminance and high color purity by carrying out high-efficiency light emission in a low-voltage drive in order to improve color reproducibility in a CCM system. SOLUTION: Of an organic EL element capable of full-color display having organic EL light emission units equipped with an organic light-emitting layer emitting light of blue or blue-green color between opposed electrodes, the organic light emission units are electrically connected in two steps in parallel, a light path adjusting layer is formed at a green-color pixel area, and a color conversion layer is provided at a red-color pixel area.
