PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an effective torque in an arbitrary period during working for display and to enable an operator to adjust the number of rotations of each motor based on the effective torque in this period. SOLUTION: When a flag F is 2 (S24;Yes), the effective torque T of each motor 14 to 17 is first calculated by an arithmetic expression in which T=[(T1×T1+T2×T2+... Tn×Tn)/n]<SP>1/2</SP>(S25) and then calculated by an arithmetic expression in which a threshold value C is C=P/log<SB>Q</SB>Tc+R (S26). When one of the effective torques T is greater than the threshold value C (S27;Yes), a warning display is made for the effective torque T which is greater than the threshold value C (S28).
