PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab of a multi-layer building, which facilitates arbitrary change of setting locations of water section facilities and air supply and exhaust facilities, and contributes to extension of a ceiling height to a possible extent and to reduction of a story height to a possible extent. SOLUTION: The plurality of PCa floor slabs 31 are arranged in parallel with each other. Each PCa floor slab 31 has upper surface grooves 32 to 34 (first grooves) formed in an upper surface 31a thereof, and has lower surface grooves 35, 36 (second grooves) formed in a lower surface 31b thereof, for storing ventilation ducts 22 therein. Then floor plates 27 are laid over the PCa floor slabs 31 to secure setting spaces S1 for drain pipes 26 between the PCa floor slabs 31 and the floor plates 27. Further ceiling plates 28 are arranged under the PCa floor slabs 31 to secure setting spaces S2 for ventilation ducts 22 between the PCa floor slabs 31 and the ceiling plates 28.
