A dishwashable bottle for repeated use in a high-pressure carbonated beverage maker for home use, made of a flexible polymer resisting permanent deformation when subjected to a pressure of 14 bar, and further resisting deformation and degradation when immersed in boiling water for one hour, both with and without the presence of a detergent, at atmospheric pressure. In a preferred embodiment there is provided a bottle, the main part of which is made of unalloyed polyethylene naphthalate (PEN). Example are illustrated in figs. (1, 2 and 3). |
