<p>Machine for bending aluminum and PVC profiles, according to the invention consists from a stand (10) with a vertically set motor reducer (7), and a horizontaly set motor reducer (21) and with at least two fans (11) for hot air directed toward PVC profiles (23). Motor reducer (7) is by axle coupled with engaged gears (8, 19) and with two axles, inserted in a housing (18), fixed and in both directions revolving pastic profiled rollers (1), while the motor reducer (21) is by screwed spindle (9) coupled to the rectilinearly movable plate (17) on the ending of which a revolving plastic profiled roller (2) is set, by means of the axle embedded in a housing (20). In the working position of he machine, between the rollers (1, 2) on the stand (10) is fastened a PVC profile (23) wherein already filled is quartz sand (25) already filled in. With bending aluminum profiles no fans (11) for hot air are used.</p> |
