HIGH CARBON STEEL SHEET SUPERIOR IN TENSILE STRENGTH AND ELONGATION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A high carbon steel strip with superior tensile strength and elongation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to quantify the composition and transformation temperature of alloying elements and design an alloy which can be manufactured through hot rolling process. A manufacturing method of high carbon steel strip with superior tensile strength and elongation comprises a step of preparing a high carbon steel strip(S10), a step of making the high carbon steel strip austenite(S30), a step of cooling the high carbon steel strip while keeping the austenite structure, and a step of isothermally-transforming the austenite high carbon steel strip in a temperature range from the temperature 150°C lower than the bainite transformation start temperature to the bainite transformation start temperature(S40).
